Prior to co-founding climate change think tank InfluenceMap, Dylan established a market-leading environmental consultancy in Tokyo which is now ERM Japan. Dylan grew and led a 50-person team engaging in a wide variety of corporate and technical advisory work in Japan and Asia covering environmental audits, land remediation, corporate sustainability and climate strategies. Prior to founding ERM Japan, Dylan established an information-based consulting firm advising global corporations on emerging environmental issues in Asia-Pacific.

As the Executive Director of the UN Global Compact Network Korea, the world's largest corporate sustainability initiative, he has been aiming to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by effectively embedding the Ten Principles of human rights, labor, environment, and anti-corruption into corporate management strategies since beginning his term in June 2022, After his appointment as the Climate Change Ambassador in June 2018, he was elected as the Vice Chair of the Subsidiary Body for the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change from 2019, and also served as the Head of the Planning Team for the Partnering for Green Growth & Global Goals 2030 (P4G) Summit until June 2021.

Prior to serving as the executive director for WWF Korea, Minhye Park worked at WWF Korea as Partnership Program Director and Marketing Communication Team Leader. Before that, Park was the Business Development Manager for the Korea Health Industry Development Institute (KHIDI) USA. Minhye Park holds a Master's degree in International Relations from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Illinois State University.

Mr. Yang co-founded the Korea Sustainability Investing Forum (KoSIF) in 2007 with a view to contributing to a sustainable society by promoting corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainable and responsible investment(SRI) in Korea. KoSIF has been working on supporting ESG-related legislation, developing ESG policies, sustainable finance campaigns, and various research on ESG theories and practices. He has served as a visiting professor at Seoul National University and Seoul National University of Science and Technology, and as an adjunct professor at Chung-Ang University and Inha Sustainable Management Graduate School, also he served as a member of the National Pension Fiduciary Responsibility Expert Committee and as a member of Advisory Committee of ASrIA. He is currently the Executive Vice Chair of the CDP Korea Committee and Executive Director of the Korea Sustainability Investing Forum (KoSIF).

Dr. Sydney Vergis was appointed Deputy Executive Officer at the California Air Resources Board in June 2023. Dr. Vergis’ responsibilities include overseeing new and emerging air pollution control programs and policies related to mobile emissions sources. In addition, she oversees the incentive programs in the Sustainable Transportation and Communities Division and the Mobile Source Control Division (MSCD). Previously, Dr. Vergis was the Division Chief of MSCD, overseeing the development and implementation of medium-duty, heavy-duty and off-road emissions regulations, as well as many of CARB's incentive programs. She previously led CARB’s Legislative Office and is a former Senior Land Use Planner and former Yolo County Planning Commissioner. She is also a member of the Davis Sunrise Rotary Club.

Dr. Vergis received a B.S. in Environmental Policy Analysis and Planning, a B.A. in Economics and a Master of Science and Ph.D. in Transportation Technology and Policy, from the University of California Davis.

As a Senior Analyst, Sejin leads overall research on the climate policy engagement of a wide range of South Korean companies, with a particular focus on the transport sector. She also assesses the engagement activities on sustainable finance of South Korean financial institutions and associations. Prior to joining InfluenceMap in October 2021, she conducted research on sustainability transformations and geopolitics at Linköping University in Sweden.

Sejin holds a double BA in Sociology and in Spanish Language and Literature from Korea University and an MSc in Human Ecology from Lund University.

Dominic oversees Climate Group’s global transport policy work. Working with the largest corporate fleets in the world, Climate Group advocates for ambition from policymakers to decarbonize road transport and accelerate the transition to a net zero economy.

Dominic has worked for a range of business focussed NGOs over the last 15 years in the UK, China and Ecuador advising on sustainability and engaging companies on policy to create a pathway to net zero.

Hee-geun Chae leads an industrial research team at the Research Institute of KB Financial Group, and is specifically in charge of the automobile, battery, and new energy industries. Prior to joining KB Financial group, he was the automotive industry analyst at Hyundai Securities, Kyobo Securities, and Meritz Securities. Prior to analyst, he worked as an automotive development engineer at Delphi Automotive Systems Korea which is based in US,
