2021 Shareholder Resolutions On Corporate Climate Policy Engagement

The number of shareholder resolutions filed on this issue has significantly increased in the last three years, becoming the most popular amongst the climate-relevant resolution universe monitored by InfluenceMap. Focus on this issue appears to be growing in 2021, with investors filing record numbers of resolutions specifically calling for Paris-aligned policy engagement by companies and their industry associations.
